Course Objectives:
• Conduct learning and performance needs analysis with intended
learners and/or other key stakeholders.
• Design user-centred blended curriculum to meet authentic learning
and performance needs and promote learning-to-learn capabilities.
• Design and develop user-centric learning resources to promote
learning within and across different learning modes.
• Design and develop assessments to promote learning and measure
attainment of learning outcomes.

The new Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) is a programme to develop creative and analytical blended learning designers by providing the foundation for curriculum development and instructional design. Participants will learn to conduct learning needs analysis, design blended curriculum, develop learning resources and assessments while actively practising self-reflection for constant self-improvement. They will experience blended learning first-hand and have opportunities for authentic application of knowledge and skills through a Applied Practice Project (APP) with their Project Host Organisation (PHO).

The new WSQ DDDLP programme is aligned to the recently launched Skills Framework for Training and Adult Education (SFw TAE) and replaces the WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE).

• At least 2 years of TAE working experience;
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English with at least a B4 for English Language at GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent;
• Good IT skills including use of web browsers, word processing software and presentation software, etc.
• Good research skills including collecting data from different sources, analysing collected data, conducting interviews, etc.

Applicants must fulfil the following pre‐requisites:
• ATTAINED EITHER :
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) ‐ or equivalent
OR
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) plus ACLP Module 4 Facilitate Workplace Learning / Workplace Learning Delivery – or equivalent
