The objective of this course is to equip learners with the skills and competencies to manage customer loyalty programmes for commercial benefits that are aligned to the consumer and privacy laws and industry standards, build customer loyalty and retention by demonstrating exemplary customer service to convert customers to brand advocates, recommend products or service based on anticipated customer needs from customer databases as well as monitoring customer loyalty programme using the essential features of customer databases.
This course aims to equip learner's with knowledge on how to Manage Customer Loyalty programmes, Transforming Customers into Brand Advocates and Monitoring Customer Loyalty programmes.
Minimum Entry Requirement
• Have at least GCE ‘N’ level education
• Be able to speak, listen and read and write English at WPL Level 4
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old and above
